Based in Tokyo, Asia Business Consultants (ABC) has formed partnerships over twenty years with Japan’s most talented chefs, their finest suppliers and other leading professionals in the food and beverage industry to establish world-class Japanese restaurants abroad. Current projects include Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau, Korea and Singapore, across multiple genres: sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, ramen, and more.   

We enter these markets both as a direct owner-operator of restaurants and by providing consulting services, helping clients to recruit the chefs, the staff, procure the ingredients, ship it in ideal conditions and design the menus necessary to raise a restaurant to the Michelin-star level.
